Many Southern California youth lack access to quality education and mentorship. Our Leadership Academy Program empowers 16 students annually through mentorship, community service, and scholarships, nurturing future leaders and fostering engagement. The Leadership Academy at Wise Up: Ministries offers a transformative three-month program focused on servant leadership and community service. Participants will gain invaluable insights and skills to become influential leaders, fostering upward mobility, generosity, and community credibility. At the end of the cohort, students will receive a scholarship.

⦁ Community Impact: Partnering with local schools to provide 15 students with a ministry community service project platform demonstrates our commitment to fostering positive change and making a meaningful impact in our community.
⦁ Holistic Support: By incorporating life coaches into the program, we ensure that students receive not only practical guidance for their community service projects but also personalized support for their personal and professional development.
⦁ Scholarship Incentive :Offering a scholarship at the end of the 3-month program incentivizes students to actively engage in the community service project and strive for excellence, while also providing tangible recognition for their efforts and achievements.
⦁ Honor Society Induction: Through our partnership with the Honor Society, students who participate in the program will have the opportunity to be inducted into this prestigious organization, further recognizing their dedication to academic excellence and community service.
